Dormant state
- The wielder has a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.
- On a successful attack, the weapon deals an extra 1d8 lightning damage.
- If used to make a ranged attack, the weapon devolves in lightning immediately manifests in the hand of the wielder.
