The spell's damage does not increase, but it is considered both damage types for the purposes of vulnerabilities and resistances. - **Balance of Elements (Once per Long Rest):** You can harness the combined power of fire and ice to cast the spell **_Elemental Bane_** without expending a spell slot or requiring concentration.
