## class: monk
**martial arts:**
can make an unarmed strike as a bonus action. use dex modifier for attack and damage, and you can use the martial arts die for damage of unarmed strikes and monk weapons.
**unarmored defense:**
ac = 10 + dex + wis, when unarmored
**monk's focus:**
you have focus points, which you regain when finishing a short or long rest. saving throw dc = 8 + wis + proficiency bonus. you can do as a bonus action:
- two unarmed strikes (1 fp)
- disengage (0 fp)
- disengage and dodge (1 fp)
- dash (0 fp)
- disengage and dash (jump distance doubled) (1 fp)
**unarmored movement:**
increased speed when unarmored
**uncanny metabolism:**
once per longrest: when you roll initiative, you can regain all fp, and heal for martial arts die roll + monk level.
**deflect attacks:**
when an attack hits you, and the damage includes bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing, then you can take a reaction to reduce the damage by 1d10 + dex + monk level.
if you reduce the damage to 0, you can expend 1 fp to redirect the attack.
**slow fall:**
can take a reaction when you fall: reduce damage by 5 * monk level
**extra attack:**

**stunning strike:**
once per turn, when hitting a creature with a monk weapon or unarmed strike, can expend 1 fp. target must make a con save. when failed: stunned, else: speed halved, and the next attack roll has advantage, until the start of your next turn.
## subclass: warrior of mercy
**hand of harm:**
once per turn, when you hit a creature with an unarmed strike and deal damage, can expend 1 fp to deal extra necrotic damage: martial arts die roll + wis
**hand of healing:**
as a magic action, can expend 1 fp to heal martial arts die roll + wis. when paid 1 fp to make two unarmed strikes as a bonus action, then can substitute one unarmed strike for this heal.
**implements of mercy:**
gain proficiency in insight, medicine, and herbalism kit.

**healer:**
can use healer's kit, target can use one hit die. when rolling a heal (this or a spell), then reroll on 1.
**defensive duelist:**
